Great place for quick service on my jeep this weekend. Came in without an appointment and Zack got me right in for oil change and minor visor issue. Was able to use WiFi there for my work while I waited and it was worked on. Updated customer waiting area was nice and comfortable . Will be back for future service. Thanks guys!
I have a fiat 500e and they were able to find and get me the tires within a day whereas it was at least a week in other places. The alignments also made a difference as the car can hold a straight line for almost a mile on the freeway when I tested it. Took a bit of time as it was 3 hrs for both but worth the money and good job.

I always bring my cars here for service . I've many cars from here and I don't let anyone service my cars except these guys. I love Connor he always helps me, he never says no. I bought 4 new tires for my hummer and took it to mavis tires and they didn't want to help me because I didn't buy the tires for them . I pulled up and Connor helped me and took my car and was finished by 4pm on saturday . I love this place, they are classy here!
I recently had to take my Jeep to Dayton due to soft top issues. I had taken it to a few other places to get the situation resolved but to no avail. I met with Phil, the Parts Manager. Great dealer, especially the internet dept thanks to Tonya and James Webb. I drove over 2 and a half hours to the dealer with a deal worked out over the phone before hand, hassle free getting me beyond what I was looking for. No BS, no pressure. Car was ready for pick up when I got there. Finance dept also went above and beyond by getting me the APR % I wanted also hassle and pressure free thanks to Gary. Like I told them, I just built a relationship for future purchases. I will drive again the 2 and a half hours again ...

My CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY had a bad transmission at 105K miles. Took it in under extended warranty. Warranty covered it all. New transmission and 100.00 deductible. The best part was the service advisor Conner Ker took charge right from the start and got the ball rolling right away, filed papers, got adjuster out and got it approved. I had a great experience at Dayton Andrews - from the salesman (Jeff Kassman), to the sales manager, and the finance department (Wanda). All the interactions I had were on a personal level. I went prepared knowing what I wanted, and was never pressured. I had a bottom line in mind and a price I would not exceed. Jeff was very helpful, and I easily stayed within my price bracket. More dealerships should follow their model.
